We are looking for a dedicated Support Engineer to join our team in Thrissur.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our products/services.
Handle customer queries via phone, email, or site visits when required.
Coordinate with the internal team for escalations and timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly service reports as needed.
✅ Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preference for candidates currently based in Thrissur.
