• Provide prompt and effective customer support
• Handle client inquiries and technical issues
• Troubleshoot problems and perform on-site field services
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving

• Ability in troubleshooting and technical support
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel locally as required
