Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers facing technical issues related to Energy Metering systems, SCADA solutions, and Meteorological Stations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, including data acquisition systems, communication protocols, and sensor integrations.
Provide step-by-step technical support to customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Record and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the support management system.
Coordinate with engineering, product development, and field teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Assist customers with installation, configuration, commissioning, and upgrades of energy meters, SCADA components, and weather monitoring equipment.
Analyze recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements or product enhancements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and maintaining proactive communication.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RS-485, Modbus TCP/IP, IEC-104, etc.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in Energy Metering, SCADA, or Meteorological Systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
