As a BE Mechanical/ Instrumentation Engineer with 2-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer technical problems - Installing and providing machine training to customers - Handling customer complaints and preparing reports on customer issues - Resolving customer issues either using remote access or by visiting on site - Communicating with customers via SMS, Call, and e-mail - Properly escalating customer issues with the respective department, monitoring them, and closing the loop with customers - Verifying and cross-checking the trials reports of the machine submitted by the respective department - Conducting trials on behalf of customers and verifying/cross-checking the machine as per FAT (Final Acceptance Testing) Document /KOM/ Client Requirement DOC - Preparing trial reports of the machine and highlighting concerns to the respective department - Performing installation and commissioning of the machine at the client's side after successful FAT - Providing training and trials to customers - Providing services, AMCs, and spare parts to customers to increase company revenue - Generating new enquiries and properly escalating them to the sales department - Maintaining customer-related data Skills required for this role include: - Ability to read, interpret, and accurately respond to technical specifications related to the vision system - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal personnel and customers - Knowledge of industry engineering standards and capabilities - Good oral and written communication skills; able to provide succinct and accurate technical communications - Excellent presentation skills - Strong computer skills (MS Office, other technical applications) Applicants who are ready to travel extensively, possess a bike, car, or scooter, are encouraged to apply for this job opportunity.,
