Assistant Store Manager

• Stock Management: Oversee daily inventory levels, track stock movements, and monitor usage to ensure accurate records.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries, coordinate with purchase and logistics departments for incoming and outgoing goods, and communicate with warehouse and inter-departmental staff.
• Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping information, update inventory databases, and generate reports on stock levels, usage, and turnover.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality and accuracy, and verify paperwork and product documentation.
• Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales trends and demand patterns to forecast future inventory needs and order supplies accordingly.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and minimize errors or delays in inventory and shipping processes.
• Inventory Audits: Conduct regular physical inventory counts (cycle counts) to reconcile discrepancies and maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Warehouse Management: Organize stockroom operations, including the proper labeling and storage of goods for easy access and efficient movement.
• Software Utilization: Use inventory management software to track stock, analyze data, and generate reports for decision-making.
• Problem-Solving: Address shipping issues, resolve discrepancies, and proactively identify and prevent potential inventory problems or shortages.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years experience is required in stock and inventory management
• Location will be Sachin Hojiwala, Surat
• Minimum graduation is required in any field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
