Job Description

Summary: Responsible for providing technical support to customers who have purchased our digital textile printing machinery. This includes troubleshooting problems, providing training, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot problems with digital textile printing machinery
  • Provide training to customers on how to use the machinery
  • Resolve issues with the machinery
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest developments in digital textile printing technology

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the textile industry
  • Strong understanding of digital textile printing technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
