Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales team performance, conversion rates, and customer service standards.
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through effective cold calling, outbound sales, telesales, hard core sales, insurance sales, B2C sales, general insurance sales, life insurance, health insurance sales, and healthcare sales.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business development in the healthcare industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products or services that meet customer needs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times.
BPO Experience is Mandatory
