Compliance Executive Key Responsibilities: Legal Compliance: Interpret plastic waste management (PWM) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws. Keep updated with legal changes and ensure all activities comply with environmental regulations. Regulatory Filings & Portal Handling: Manage registrations and filings on the Pollution Control Board’s X-Gen Portal (PIBO, PWP, EPR Action Plans). Collect and organize necessary documents for submission s. Research & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct legal research on PWM-related topics. Develop presentations and write articles to support internal teams and raise awareness on compliance matters. Coordination & Communication: Work with senior legal counsel to prepare case documents and coordinate with external legal advisors. Communicate with government authorities on compliance matters and legal procedures. Client Support: Advise clients on compliance requirements under the PWM Act and EPR regulations. Handle legal correspondence and draft responses to regulatory or client queries. Qualifications: Education: B.Tech (preferably in Environmental Engineering or related fields) or Any Graduate Experience: 2–3 years in compliance, environmental law, or related legal roles
