Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform that covers the entire consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management. The company is also developing proprietary B2B platforms for stakeholders such as developers, financial institutions, and agents. Square Yards facilitates over 15,000 transactions annually, amounting to more than US$1 billion, with a significant portion of its revenue coming from global markets like the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Utilizing data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to disrupt traditional marketplaces and build the first MLS in India while scaling up adjacent B2C platforms such as Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales team operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, coordinating with clients, maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, participating in sales meetings, and assisting in the training and mentoring of junior sales staff.

Sales Strategy Development and Implementation, Market Research, and Meeting Sales Targets
Client Coordination, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
Ability to prepare Sales Reports and participate in Sales Meetings
Experience in training and mentoring junior sales staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
