Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Specification Manager located in Pune with min 3-6 years pf experiance.

The Specification Manager will be responsible for collaborating with architects, builders, or consultants to specify and promote relevant products in various projects. Day-to-day tasks include building strategic relationships with stakeholders, conducting technical presentations, managing specifications for client requirements, and ensuring alignment with company standards and processes. The role also involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities within the assigned territory or industry.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Product Specification, Technical Documentation, and Presentation Skills
• Proficiency in Building Strategic Relationships, Client Engagement, and Business Development
• Knowledge of the Construction Industry, Architecture, and Project Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-solving Skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and propose actionable strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with high-performance products or German technology-based solutions is a plus
