Job Summary: The Financial Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling mutual funds, fixed deposits, loans, and insurance products to individual and corporate clients. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and financial advisory , ensuring customers receive tailored investment and protection solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients for mutual funds, FD, loans, and insurance. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable products. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Provide regular updates on market trends and investment opportunities. Address client queries and concerns regarding financial products. Product Knowledge & Advisory: Stay updated on mutual fund schemes, FD rates, loan offerings, and insurance policies. Educate clients on financial planning and risk management. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless processing of investments and loans. Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and market insights. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Strong understanding of mutual funds, FD, loans, and insurance products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
