Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Real Estate Sales & Business Development Executive to drive project-specific sales, manage end-to-end real estate mandates, and build strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the Indian real estate market, and the drive to exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Management: Organize, plan, and implement sales strategies for real estate projects. Identify and follow up with prospective buyers to convert leads into sales. Coordinate site visits and facilitate seamless deal closures. Manage client interactions via calls, meetings, and personal visits. Cater to client requirements using the available internal database. Project & Operations Management: Manage end-to-end project responsibilities under sole-selling mandates. Utilize internal CRM tools for tracking leads, follow-ups, and reporting. Ensure timely and effective execution of sales operations. Market & Industry Knowledge: Continuously update knowledge of real estate trends, policies, and regulations. Represent and promote top builders from across the country. Partnership Development: Build and maintain cordial relationships with builder partners and customers. Meet with Property Service Providers and Channel Partners regularly. Onboard partners to the PropertyPistol Syndicate Platform. Educate partners on the services and tools available through PropertyPistol Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
