We are looking for a result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to strengthen our sales operations for our fast-growing range of talcum powder and personal care products. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an emerging brand in the cosmetics space. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets across assigned territories Manage and grow distributor, retailer, and stockiest network Drive product placement, visibility, and promotions Expand General Trade and Modern Trade channels Conduct regular market visits & monitor competition Support sales planning and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) Preferred candidate profile Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory) 3 to 5 years experience in FMCG / Cosmetics / Personal Care sales Strong understanding of Telangana & South Indian markets Willing to travel within assigned territories Good communication & relationship-building skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive What we offer: Competitive salary + incentives Dynamic work environment Career growth opportunities Location: Hyderabad If you're passionate about building a career in the cosmetics industry and eager to drive sales for a growing brand we would love to hear from you!
