Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations across multiple verticals. The role will focus on driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and supporting the Sales Manager in achieving business targets in travel solutions, events, and digital services. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies across all business verticals (Travel, Events, Hospitality, and Digital Products). Responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify and acquire new clients in both B2B and B2C segments. Actively promote our group brands—Zest Rover Holidays, CYC Events, and CYC Smart—to expand market presence. Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and business partners. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and digital) to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans for management review. Guide and motivate junior sales executives to achieve performance goals. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong sales acumen with proven ability to generate business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple verticals and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Good understanding of travel trade, event management, and digital solutions markets. Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team. Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in sales/business development, with exposure to Travel & Tourism, Events, Hospitality, or Digital Products. Prior experience in corporate sales or B2B sales is highly desirable. Strong network of corporate clients will be an added advantage.
