Explain products and services across travel packages, events, hospitality solutions, and digital offerings. Convert inquiries into confirmed leads/sales through effective pitch and follow-up. Maintain customer database, update CRM tools, and prepare daily call reports. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or packages. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet targets. Handle basic queries and route complex issues to relevant departments. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with clients. ✅ Key RequirementsProven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
