Job Description

Make Outbound Calls – Call potential customers to promote products or services and generate leads or sales. Handle Inbound Calls – Attend to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide relevant information about products or services. Follow Up with Leads – Call existing or interested customers to follow up on previous interactions or inquiries. Maintain Customer Database – Update and manage records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in CRM software or Excel sheets. Meet Daily/Weekly Targets – Achieve assigned call and conversion targets as per company goals. Provide Product Information – Clearly explain features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to potential customers. Understand Customer Needs – Listen actively to understand customer requirements and offer the best possible solution. Handle Objections Professionally – Manage difficult conversations and convert hesitant leads into customers through persuasive communication. Coordinate with Sales/Support Teams – Transfer leads or customer queries to relevant departments when necessary. Report and Feedback – Submit daily reports of calls and outcomes and share customer feedback with the team for process improvement.
