Job Description

Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay up-to-date with interior design trends and competitor activities. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve better results. Guide and mentor junior sales staff. Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget requirements. Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Proven experience of 1-3 years as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the interior design or related industry. Strong understanding of the Bengaluru market and interior design trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
