Assistant Sales Manager – Secured Loans

Key Responsibilities

Source and drive sales of
secured loan products
including
Business Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, and Home Loans
Handle
DSA partners
and generate business through open market sourcing
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned Guntur territory
Ensure proper documentation and coordination for loan processing and disbursement
Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition and relationship building
Maintain pipeline, daily sales tracking, and MIS reporting
Ensure adherence to company credit policies and compliance norms
Support senior sales managers in achieving overall business targets

Candidate Profile

Experience:
Minimum
1 to 3 years
in
secured loans sales
Experience in
LAP / Mortgage Loans / Business Loans
is mandatory
Exposure to
DSA handling and field sales
Good understanding of the
Guntur local market
Target-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills

Age Criteria
