Job Summary: Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic, startup-style interior design firm. In this client-facing role, youll collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and functional needs, contribute to concept development, and support the preparation of design proposals and presentations. You’ll work alongside a passionate team to bring spaces to life-balancing aesthetics, practicality, and client satisfaction in every project. Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Lead the conceptualization and design of interior projects. Develop and present project proposals, concepts, and designs to clients. Client Interaction: Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints. Provide expert advice and solutions in line with client expectations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior designers. Quality Control: Ensure all design elements meet Chattels Designs quality standards and client expectations. Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design or a related field. Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse residential and/or commercial projects. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Exceptional design and spatial planning skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
