Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, seamless employee onboarding, and planning engaging HR initiatives. This role requires the ability to multitask, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced startup culture. Key Responsibilities: Handle the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications. Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies. Plan and execute HR engagement and employee wellness activities to build a positive culture. Assist in HR policy formulation, implementation, and communication. Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Support performance management and feedback processes. Contribute to building scalable HR systems and processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1 to 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities. Creative mindset for planning engaging HR activities.
