Job Description

Role Overview
The HR Executive will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, induction, and employee engagement processes. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the brand with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across the organization. - Conduct initial telephonic and video screenings to assess candidate fit.- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication with candidates. - Manage job postings across platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and industry-specific portals. - Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

2. Interview Coordination
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and internal interviewers.- Ensure timely followup and feedback is communicated to candidates.- Assist in assessment activities and maintain interview documentation.

3. Onboarding & Induction
- Facilitate the complete joining process including offer letters, documentation, and background checks. - Conduct structured induction sessions to provide new employees with an overview of the brand, culture, and policies.- Coordinate with IT and admin teams to ensure workstation, tools, and access setup for new hires.- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience aligned with the brands premium standards.

4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel files.- Assist in drafting HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmations, and transfers.- Support payroll inputs by gathering attendance, leave records, and necessary documentation.

5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support the organization in executing engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.- Work with the HR team to enhance the employee experience and uphold the brand culture.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resource Management or related field. 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/ATS platforms. Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
