Role DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities

• Meet clients, understand requirements, and confidently present design concepts
• Handle

  client meetings, sales discussions, and design pitches

• Prepare

  BOQs, estimates, and detailed quotations

• Create and present

  pitch decks and proposal presentations

• Develop

  2D drawings and 3D designs

  as per project requirements
• Coordinate with execution teams and vendors for smooth project delivery
• Assist in site execution and ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Communicate effectively with clients from lead stage to project closure

Required Skills

• Strong

  sales, communication, and presentation skills

• Proficiency in

  3D & 2D design software

  (SketchUp / AutoCAD / similar)
• Good understanding of

  materials, execution, and site processes

• Ability to handle multiple projects and client interactions
• Confident, presentable, and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualities

• Prior experience in

  interior design sales or client-facing roles

• Knowledge of execution details and vendor coordination
• Passion for design along with business awareness
