Aniator serves as a one-stop destination for comprehensive interior design solutions. Role Description This is a part-time project besis role for an Interior Designer located in Kolkata. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, and designing interior spaces tailored to client preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing, developing, and presenting unique and functional designs, coordinating with clients, and collaborating with architects and contractors. The role also involves selecting furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to create cohesive design solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and expertise in designing practical and functional layouts Knowledge of Architecture and experience in preparing Construction Drawings Strong skills in Interior Design and an eye for detail in creating aesthetic spaces Experience with FF&E (Furnishings, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and coordination Excellent communication and client interaction skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including contractors and vendors Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
