Role Summary

The Interior Designer is a client-facing, execution-focused role responsible for handling assigned leads, supporting sales closures, and delivering fast, accurate designs for residential interior projects.

This role emphasises speed, cost control, and process discipline, ensuring projects move quickly from client discussion to design freeze and push to production. Designers in this role directly contribute to monthly sales and PO targets, playing a key role in volume delivery and operational efficiency.

Monthly Contribution Expectation:

• ₹15 Lakhs – Sales Conversion
• ₹15 Lakhs – Push to Production (PO Value)

Key Objectives (KRAs)

• Achieve ₹15 Lakhs in monthly sales conversion
• Push ₹15 Lakhs worth of projects into production monthly
• Ensure quick client handling and timely closures
• Deliver fast design turnaround with minimal iterations
• Maintain strict adherence to Variant scope and pricing

Roles & Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & Sales Support

• Handle leads assigned by the Business Lead
• Participate in client discussions to:
• Understand requirements
• Align budget expectations
• Clearly explain scope and limitations
• Present layouts and design options confidently
• Support follow-ups and negotiations as guided
• Maintain timely updates on lead status and client feedback
• Contribute towards achieving ₹15 Lakhs sales conversion target

2. Design Execution

• Prepare design deliverables including:
• Layouts
• 3D views
• Working drawings
• Ensure designs are:
• Template-based
• Minimal in customisation
• Cost-controlled and execution-friendly
• Limit design iterations and drive quick client approvals
• Finalise drawings and BOQs within defined timelines

3. Push to Production

• Support smooth transition from closure to production
• Ensure timely completion of:
• Design freeze
• BOQ finalisation
• Client approvals
• Contribute towards achieving ₹15 Lakhs monthly PO target

4. Speed & Efficiency

• Maintain fast turnaround times across:
• Client discussions
• Design submissions
• Revisions
• Avoid over-designing and scope creep
• Focus on efficiency, accuracy, and repeatable design delivery

5. Process & Coordination

• Follow internal SOPs and design processes strictly
• Update lead status, design progress, and approvals regularly
• Proactively flag delays, risks, or dependency issues

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• ₹15 Lakhs monthly sales conversion achieved
• ₹15 Lakhs pushed to production monthly
• Design turnaround time
• Number of design iterations per project
• Design freeze timeline adherence
• PO readiness turnaround time
• Client feedback and satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong fundamentals of interior design and materials
• Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and residential interiors
• Good client communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• High level of discipline and process adherence
• Willingness to learn sales and execution simultaneously

• Interior designer with 1–3 years of experience
• Exposure to volume-driven or standardised interior projects
• Comfortable working with targets and strict timelines
• Quick learner with strong execution focus
• Detail-oriented with a speed-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
