Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Hyderabad. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include coordinating and monitoring subcontractors, managing site operations, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring quality control. The Site Supervisor will also interact with clients to ensure their requirements are met and provide progress updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site management and project oversight
• Ability to coordinate and manage subcontractors and site operations
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control in construction
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
