Assistant Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Jaipur, Mahapura

Budget: 20-30k

Experience Required: 1–4 years in Recruitment/HR

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
• Understand hiring requirements from business leaders and create effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates using multiple channels – job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and track feedback.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and ensure timely reporting.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of different hiring models (permanent, contractual, campus hiring, etc.).
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
