Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, located in Pune. The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing documentation. The role involves coordinating with different departments to implement quality standards and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and training team members on quality protocols. Daily tasks include reviewing product quality, monitoring production processes, and addressing any quality-related issues promptly to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance processes and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in conducting audits and managing documentation
  • Proficiency in identifying areas for improvement and implementing quality standards
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills
  • Ability to train team members on quality protocols
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Production Management, or related fields
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
