Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

As a QA/QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring in-line, end-line, and final audits to ensure adherence to AQL standards. You will supervise QA/QC inspectors, provide guidance, and ensure daily quality targets are met. Analyzing defect trends, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and reducing rework rates will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that specific quality manuals and SOPs are followed in production. Supporting pre-production activities such as PP meetings, sample reviews, and initial inspections before bulk production will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining quality reports, defect analysis logs, and audit checklists, as well as training operators and supervisors on quality standards, checkpoints, and workmanship improvement, will be key tasks in this role.
