Key Responsibilities: Supervise SCADA operation of screw compressors and ammonia-based refrigeration systems Conduct air filter cleaning of compressors as per the maintenance schedule Perform basic maintenance of utility equipment such as: Air compressors Air dryers Refrigeration systems Monitor and manage shift-wise utility operations (24x7) efficiently Ensure proper functioning and changeovers of: Boilers HVAC chillers & process chillers Cooling towers Pumps HSD yard Water systems (Pre-primary, Primary, Secondary) HVAC Service Floor Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) Coordinate minor and major repairs with the maintenance team Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards in utility operations Maintain documentation and logbooks for operational tracking Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet factory KPIs
