Role: Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager at MiCasa Hostels plays a crucial role in supporting property operations, guest satisfaction, and team coordination. This role acts as the second-in-command to the Property Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enhancing the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hostel operations in coordination with the Property Manager.
• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out process and handle guest concerns.
• Manage property records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor inventory, place orders for supplies, and track usage.
• Handle cash transactions, verify invoices, and assist in financial reporting.
• Support hostel events, activities, and community engagement initiatives.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Step in as acting Property Manager during their absence.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel/hostel management, or property supervision.
• Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle cash, prepare reports, and manage vendor relations.
• Excellent communication in English, Tamil, and Hindi (other languages are a plus).
• A passion for travel, youth culture, and community living.
• Flexible, proactive, and capable of managing a multicultural guest environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
