Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Mumbai is for an Assistant Property Manager. The primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day property operations, coordinating with tenants and property owners, managing tenant communication, handling lease agreements, and conducting routine property inspections. The role also involves addressing maintenance requests, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring tenant satisfaction through responsive and professional service.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage lease agreements, property operations, and inspections.
• Customer service and communication skills for effective interactions with tenants and property owners.
• Knowledge or experience in property management, real estate, and financial reporting is highly desirable.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in addressing maintenance issues and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Proficiency in property management software tools is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and reliability in managing contracts and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
