📢 We're Hiring: Fitout Engineer 🛠️ | Location: Bandra, Mumbai Join Durva One and be part of a team transforming high-end residential and commercial spaces across Mumbai. 📌 Position: Fitout Engineer 📍 Location: Bandra, Mumbai 🕒 Experience: 3–7 years 🏢 Industry: Real Estate / Interiors / Civil Construction 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end interior fitout and civil work at project sites. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Oversee structural modifications, flooring, plastering, tiling, and MEP coordination. Prepare BOQs, project schedules, and monitor daily progress. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery. Handle on-site troubleshooting and client coordination. ✅ Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering . 3–7 years of experience in civil execution and fitout projects . Sound technical knowledge of civil works, site execution, and interior detailing. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
