This role acts as the second-in-command to the Property Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enhancing the guest experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hostel operations in coordination with the Property Manager. Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff. Ensure smooth check-in/check-out process and handle guest concerns. Manage property records, documentation, and compliance requirements. Monitor inventory, place orders for supplies, and track usage. Handle cash transactions, verify invoices, and assist in financial reporting. Support hostel events, activities, and community engagement initiatives. Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel/hostel management, or property supervision. Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
