Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Coordination:

Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and milestones
Support resource allocation and timeline management
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and stakeholder communications
Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays

Documentation Management:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and filing systems
Prepare progress reports, status updates, and presentations
Manage contracts, permits, and compliance documentation
Create and update project dashboards and tracking tools

Stakeholder Support:

Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items
Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams
Support client presentations and project reviews

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3-5 years of project coordination & planning experience
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project etc.)
Strong organizational and communication skill

Preferred Skills

PMP or similar project management certification
Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
