Job Description

Planning & Coordination:
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and milestones
  • Support resource allocation and timeline management
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and stakeholder communications
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays
Documentation Management:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and filing systems
  • Prepare progress reports, status updates, and presentations
  • Manage contracts, permits, and compliance documentation
  • Create and update project dashboards and tracking tools
Stakeholder Support:
  • Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams
  • Support client presentations and project reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of project coordination & planning experience
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skill
