NMT invites applications from Individuals with a sense of commitment and passion to work for the elderly and join a multidisciplinary team as Assistant Project Coordinator, to assist in coordinating and implementing training programs such as Digital Literacy and Cyber Safety for senior citizens.

Location: Bengaluru

Job type: Full time

Educational qualifications: Undergraduate /Graduate in any discipline

Salary: Gross Salary Rs.20,000/- (Per month) - Negotiable

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in the NGO Sector / human resource management.

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the role of Assistant Project Coordinator for our Job 60+ Program.

Required Qualities and Skills:

· Preferred: Basic HR and personnel management skills, including experience in recruitment, interviewing, or candidate coordination

· Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & Kannada)

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Word, data surfing, email, and internet usage)

· Ability to coordinate and organize training sessions such as smartphone usage, computer training, and soft skills

· Empathy and patience while interacting with senior citizens

· Strong documentation and reporting skills

· Ability to conduct outreach programs and fieldwork

· Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and other districts of Karnataka

· Team player with a proactive attitude

· Flexible with shift timings
