Assistant Project Coordinator

As an Assistant Project Coordinator at Indianeers Media Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end coordination of training, CSR, and livelihood projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Project Coordinator/Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities. - Coordinating with field teams, trainers, CSR partners, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved. - Maintaining and updating project documentation, reports, and MIS trackers. - Supporting in proposal preparation, project presentations, and donor/client reports. - Monitoring project timelines, flagging delays, and ensuring corrective actions are taken. - Handling logistics and administrative support for project events, workshops, and training programs. - Maintaining effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. - Assisting in budget tracking and compliance with reporting requirements. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Management, Social Work, Commerce, or a related field. - 02 years of experience in project coordination, CSR, NGO, or skill development projects (freshers with strong communication & organizational skills may apply). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage. - Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
