Job Profile: Project Coordinator: Experience: around 3 to 5 years Qualification: BTech / MTech in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Biotechnology/ Chemical Engineering. Job Description: The Project Coordinator will report to the manager of Project Management and execute the projects domestically and internationally. The roles should have good maturity, communications, risk analytical abilities, organization skills, problem solving, time management and multi-tasking. The position will be responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized. They communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers. Competencies required for the position are. Knowledge and expertise in project management Presentation skills Management skills Monitoring and controlling the project Meeting the delivery timelines Meeting Customer expectations Strategies for overcoming the delays in the project Responsibilities: Conduct Kick Off Meetings with internal team and client team. Coordinate with all the department team members (as per the PSS) for achieving the milestones and monitor the status as per the project schedule. Preparation of MOM’s after the meetings and share with the team members and follow up for the action points completion. Ensure the approvals of deliverables are happened from client as per the schedule. Ensure the material ordering as per the schedule. Follow up for the material receipt regularly with purchase team. Prepare a risk mitigation plan if there are any delays are foreseen. Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Approach / Work with the Project Manager, for any decisions to be taken to gear up the project. Ensure the Project status reports are sent to client on biweekly basis. Execute the FAT’s and SAT’s in coordination with internal team and client as per the agreed timelines. Address if there are any issue arises from the client after the handover of the project. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
