The comments need to be short and detailed to ensure the customer understands the next steps  Ensure Sharepoint format is clean throughout  Ensure any future review dates are proactively reviewed for progress or completion against failed stores Adhoc Management  Day to day support required from the Field Engineers, Remote Engineers or Client daily.
