Assistant Project Coordinator

**Job Description:** As a Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients. This will involve engaging in email correspondence, conducting meetings, and providing regular updates to ensure seamless information flow. You will play a crucial role in maintaining project documentation, which includes but is not limited to meeting minutes, reports, deliverables, and change orders. Furthermore, you will be tasked with monitoring project progress against the established plan, proactively identifying potential issues, and promptly escalating concerns to the Project Manager.
