Assist in planning and scheduling project activities in coordination with the Project Manager.
Support in developing detailed project schedules, timelines, and resource planning using tools such as MS Excel and MS Project/Primavera.
Coordinate with purchase department, and site teams for timely delivery and installation of equipment.
Overview the periodic site progress and escalate delays or deviations from the project plan.
Ensure materials and equipment reach the site as per BOQ/specification and approved drawing timelines.
Ensure project documentation including daily reports, MOMs, inspection records, and checklists are kept in order.
Coordinate internal communication among engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
Support in preparing and submitting project status reports to internal and client stakeholders.
Track the commissioning and handover of installed systems of the project.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
