We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in project coordination and management. The candidate will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
• Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues when required
• Maintain project records, meeting notes, and action items
• Support risk identification and issue tracking
• Assist in organizing project meetings and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E./Diploma Mechanical.
• Strong academic knowledge of engineering and project management fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools (MS Project) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.
