Assisting patients with tasks like bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Mobility Support: Helping patients move around, transfer from bed to chair, and with other mobility needs. Feeding Assistance: Providing support with meals and ensuring patients receive adequate nutrition. Vital Signs Monitoring: Taking and recording vital signs like temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Documentation: Maintaining accurate patient records, documenting observations, and reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Patient Comfort and Support: Providing emotional support, comfort, and companionship to patients. Maintaining a Safe Environment: Ensuring patient areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Assisting with Medical Procedures: Under supervision, assisting with basic wound care, dressing changes, and other procedures.
