Health Care Assistant

Role Overview: As a Health Care Assistant, your main role will involve providing personal care to clients. This includes assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene needs. You will also be responsible for helping with toileting and incontinence care, as well as assisting with mobility and transferring clients from bed to wheelchair. Additionally, preparing meals according to dietary needs and assisting with feeding if the client is unable to eat independently will be part of your daily tasks. Light housekeeping duties such as making beds and changing linens will also be expected from you. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene - Helping with toileting and incontinence care - Assisting with mobility and transferring (e.g., from bed to wheelchair) - Preparing meals according to dietary needs - Assisting with feeding if the client is unable to eat independently - Making beds and changing linens - Transportation to OPD - Taking residents to OPD appointments, social events inside the Rehab premises Qualifications Required: - Willingness and ability to provide patient care like bathing assistance and toileting support Additional Details: The company offers various benefits to its employees, including: - Free Joining Ticket (Will be reimbursed after the 3 months Probation period) - Once in a Year Annual Leave with 1 month Leave Salary - Yearly Up and Down Air Ticket - Medical Insurance - Life Insurance - Deduction of OMR 20/- for the Accommodation Please note that this is a full-time job with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
