Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Kochi for an Assistant Project Coordinator. The Assistant Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project planning, overseeing expediting activities, ensuring timely inspections, managing logistics, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project timelines. Day-to-day tasks will include tracking project progress, resolving logistical issues, and assisting in efficient execution of deliverables.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Expediting and expertise in coordinating Expeditor roles
Familiarity with Project Management principles and processes
Knowledge of Inspection and related quality assurance activities
Experience in Logistics Management and supply chain coordination
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
