Job Description

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Full ownership of Customer and vehicle onboarding
Coordinate with CFT for smooth onboarding and resolution of operational issues
Assist in developing sales SOPs, process flows, and documentation
Prepare weekly/monthly reviews, updates, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and flag risks, delays, or bottlenecks in implementation and drive corrective actions
Bring hustle, structure, and follow-through – no excuses

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in program management / sales ops / business development (preferably in mobility, EV, logistics, or tech startup)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM tools
Data-driven mindset with a knack for tracking what matters
Go-getter attitude – self-starter, problem-solver, and ready to get their hands dirty
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus (not mandatory)
