Assistant Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

Facility Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, pest control, and landscaping.
  
• Manage technical services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, DG sets, STP/WTP).
  
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed.
  

Vendor & Client Management

• Handle vendor selection, contract management, and service-level compliance.
  
• Act as a primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure service delivery as per agreed KPIs/SLAs.
  
• Conduct periodic client meetings and provide MIS reports.
  

People & Team Management

• Supervise and coordinate staff deployment across shifts.
  
• Conduct training and skill development programs for facility staff.
  
• Ensure discipline, safety, and motivation of workforce.
  

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws).
  
• Implement health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
  
• Conduct facility audits, risk assessments, and ensure corrective actions.
  

Cost & Performance Management

• Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations.
  
• Monitor expenses and drive cost optimization without compromising quality.
  
• Track and analyze performance metrics (energy savings, manpower efficiency).

Preferred candidate profile

BASED ON FACILITY WORK EXPERIENCE PREVIOUS AND CURRENTCOMPANY HE HAS TO BEEN WORKED IN FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
