Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP . Handle bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger posting. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Support in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports. Maintain petty cash and expense records. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Role & responsibilities Facility Operations Management Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, pest control, and landscaping. Manage technical services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, DG sets, STP/WTP). Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed. Vendor & Client Management Handle vendor selection, contract management, and service-level compliance. Act as a primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure service delivery as per agreed KPIs/SLAs. Conduct periodic client meetings and provide MIS reports. People & Team Management Supervise and coordinate staff deployment across shifts. Conduct training and skill development programs for facility staff. Ensure discipline, safety, and motivation of workforce. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws). Implement health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols. Conduct facility audits, risk assessments, and ensure corrective actions. Cost & Performance Management Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations. Monitor expenses and drive cost optimization without compromising quality. Track and analyze performance metrics (energy savings, manpower efficiency).
