Planning & Preparation - Develop the overall commissioning strategy, execution plan, and schedule in line with the project timeline. - Review and approve commissioning procedures and checklists. - Identify commissioning resource requirements and mobilize the team (including subcontractors and OEM specialists). - Ensure all necessary tools, instruments, and consumables are available for commissioning works. B.
