Assistant Operations Manager Sales (US Telecom Process)

  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Process: US Telecommunication

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance and revenue targets for the US Telecom process
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate team leaders and frontline sales teams
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
  • Implement sales strategies, action plans, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent delivery and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations

  • Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in US Telecommunication Sales (BPO environment preferred)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Result-oriented mindset with exposure to handling targets and escalations
  • Experience in managing large teams will be an added advantage
