Assistant Operations Manager Sales (US Telecom Process)

Location: Gurgaon
Process: US Telecommunication

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance and revenue targets for the US Telecom process
Manage, mentor, and motivate team leaders and frontline sales teams
Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
Implement sales strategies, action plans, and performance improvement initiatives
Ensure client satisfaction through consistent delivery and operational excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in US Telecommunication Sales (BPO environment preferred)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and analytical abilities
Result-oriented mindset with exposure to handling targets and escalations
